How do I request a grooming appointment?To request an appointment slot, log into you PoochesSpa account, click “Request Services” on your home page and select the Grooming option. On this page, you’ll verify the appointment type, the services you’d like rendered, and the date in which you’d like to join us. *All appointment requests must be accepted and confirmed by our facility prior to your arrival.
How do I become a member of the Pooches pack?To become a member of Pooches LIC, you’ll first have to set up your online account . Here, you’ll be able to gather all the information we need for your pup, including updated photos and immunization records. Next, our team will work with you to schedule a 3 hour, handler-guided, temperament test to gauge your dog’s behavior and social habits. This allows us to maintain a peaceful environment and ensure a proper transition into our facilities. Once your dog passes this test, you’ll be able to book any and all daycare, grooming and boarding appointments directly through your online user portal. Important Note: For the safety of your pets and ours; any daycare, grooming or boarding requests without updated vaccinations will not be accepted.
How do I cancel my grooming appointment? Is there a cancellation fee?To cancel a grooming appointment, log in to your user portal, click on My Reservations and choose View. Cancellations are free of charge until 11:59pm leading up to your appointment date. Any cancellations or no showsfor same day grooming appointments will incur a cancellation fee totaling 50% of the service cost. *Reservations for daycare or overnight boarding will not incur any fees for cancellation.
How do I request a daycare reservation?To book a daycare reservation with us, log into your PoochesSpa user portal, click “Request Services” on your homepage, and select the Daycare/Boarding options. From here, choose the length of your pet’s stay, (daycare timed rates vary). If you’d like to book additional services, such as a bath or haircut while your pooch is with us, you may do so on your reservation page by clicking the “Additional Services” drop down menu. *All grooming services with or without daycare attached, still need to be accepted and confirmed by our staff in advance. Please confirm your grooming request with our front desk prior to your arrival or pet pick up.
